Thank you for choosing Kyle's Containers. We strive to provide quality shipping containers and excellent customer service. Please review our Returns & Refunds Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Window

Customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The container must remain in the same condition as delivered.
  • The container must not have been modified, altered, painted, welded, drilled, or structurally changed.
  • The container must remain at the original delivery location.
  • The customer must provide proof of purchase.
  • The container must be available for inspection by Kyle's Containers.

2. How to Request a Return

Step 1 — Contact Our Support Team

  • Full Name
  • Order Number
  • Delivery Address
  • Reason for Return
  • Photos of the Container

Step 2 — Return Authorization Review

Our team will review your request and determine whether the container qualifies for return consideration.

If approved, you will receive return instructions.

Step 3 — Container Inspection

Kyle's Containers may require a physical inspection before authorizing a return.

Step 4 — Return Transportation

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, customers are responsible for return transportation and associated freight costs.

3. Refund Process

Once the returned container has been received and inspected:

  • We will notify you that the return has been received.
  • We will confirm whether the return has been approved.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following products are generally non-refundable:

  • Custom-built containers
  • Modified containers
  • Container offices
  • Containers with customer-requested alterations
  • Special-order products
  • Containers sold "As-Is"
  • Clearance or discounted inventory

5. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If your container arrives damaged or does not match your order:

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order Number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the container
  • Delivery documentation (if applicable)

Our team will review the issue and work to provide an appropriate resolution.

6. Delivery and Freight Charges

Delivery fees, freight charges, site preparation costs, permits, crane services, tilt-tray fees, and related transportation expenses are non-refundable once services have been completed.

7. Restocking Fees

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee and transportation costs depending on:

  • Container condition
  • Distance from delivery location
  • Return logistics expenses

Any applicable fees will be communicated before return approval.

8. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

If a container has already been dispatched or scheduled for delivery, cancellation fees may apply.

Custom-built and modified containers cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.
