At Kyle's Containers, we strive to make every purchase simple, transparent, and hassle-free. We understand that circumstances can change, and this Cancellation Policy explains your options should you need to cancel an order.
Order Cancellation Window
24-Hour Grace Period
Customers may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it and receive a full refund, provided the order has not entered production, scheduling, or dispatch.
To request a cancellation, please contact our support team as soon as possible.
After 24 Hours
Once the 24-hour cancellation window has expired, your order may already be in processing, inventory allocation, scheduling, modification, or transportation planning.
As a result, cancellation requests submitted after 24 hours may not be eligible for a full refund.
Orders in Processing
When an order enters active processing, Kyle's Containers reserves the right to:
- Decline cancellation requests.
- Apply administrative or restocking fees.
- Deduct costs incurred for scheduling, preparation, customization, or transportation.
Any approved cancellation after processing has begun will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Shipping Address Changes
If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us immediately.
Address updates may be possible if:
- The container has not been dispatched.
- Transportation arrangements have not been finalized.
- Delivery schedules have not been confirmed.
Additional delivery charges may apply if the new location results in increased transportation costs.
Custom and Modified Containers
Orders for the following cannot be cancelled once production, modification, or customization work has begun:
- Custom-built containers
- Modified containers
- Container offices
- Special-order units
Any deposits paid toward custom projects may be non-refundable.
Orders That Have Shipped
Once a container has been dispatched, loaded for transportation, or assigned to a carrier, the order can no longer be cancelled.
Customers wishing to return a shipped container must follow the procedures outlined in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Delivery charges, freight costs, and transportation expenses remain non-refundable once shipping services have commenced.
Refund Eligibility
Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method.
Refund processing times typically range from 5–10 business days depending on the customer's financial institution.
